Yes, all Cruise Lines will allow you to take a companion or partner as long as they are sharing the cabin with you. You may be be required to pay (or contribute to) flight costs for your companion depending on the cruise line. Indication of costs will be discussed at the booking time, and are included in the Letter of Appointment.
